The code changes look fine but to make it clearer to future readers what's going on it would be good to add to the class comments for ExpiredResultsRemover, ExpiredForecastsRemover and ExpiredModelSnapshotsRemover to say that the expectation is that the client passed to them will be a ClientWithOrigin so that the actions run as an internal user.
