The Elasticsearch 6.6.1 release notes (https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/release-notes-6.6.1.html) contain some incorrect and unnecessary links.
For example, for #38191 it incorrectly links to an Elasticsearch issue instead of a Kibana issue.
