TSDB: Enable one service integration package

Issue captures the tasks to migrate the one service integration package to TSDB. Initial such run is already being done by @ruflin in this issue. So, we can re-use the learnings from that.

• Identify one service integration package to be migrated (possibly oracle?) and enable TSDB.
• Add metrics and dimension mappings.
• Verify and update the dashboard/visualisations as needed.
• File issues if any and summarise the learnings for future enablements.
