[Reporting/Visualization] DOM attributes for Reporting integration are missing

Describe the bug:
The Reporting integration with the Visualize screen of Kibana App has broken. The screen has lost its [data-shared-items-container] attributes in the DOM.

@mieciu I'm looking in https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/cloud-enterprise/current/ece-installing-offline.html#ece-installing-offline-images for the version of this bug. I don't see 8.0.0-snapshot listed as a URL of a Docker image that I can install to reproduce this use case in a version-matching environment that you describe.

Is there an undocumented trick to installing ECE for 8.0.0-snapshot?

That's because we don't release -SNAPSHOT cloud images publicly - there's a different registry for those images.

I just saw this issue happen locally. Here are a few more contextual logs:

Steps:

1. Load [Logs] File Type Scatter Plot visualization from sample data in Visualize app
2. Click "Share > PNG > Generate PNG"

So far, this looks specific to Vega visualizations.

Edit: I am seeing this happen with various visualization types.

After further looking, it seems like the getElementPositionAndAttributes in common/lib/screenshots is not returning the expected data.

Compared to a visualization page loaded in 7.5.0, the master branch has a value in the DOM missing:

The left side is the console running master, the right side is running 7.5.0. There should be an element matching the [data-shared-items-container] selector for screenshot reports to work on visualizations.
