Area chart - overlap - transparency bug in 4.4

Something happened in 4.4 regarding transparency in overlap mode for area chart.

Just checked master and seem to be there too,

1. Opening dashboard

2. Hovering over a value (transparency is changed here, colors getting a bit lighter)

3. Hovering out..and bam, colors go all non-transparent

Seeing this, also why not add transparency config value? ;)
