elastic/libesvm#48 should get us through the esvm errors. I added a commit to pin the esvm version to 2.4 instead of 2.x too. |

Logically looks right to me. CI passing would be good. |

We talked about changing the repo paths from 4.6 to 4.x but it never happened. This reverts the release automation paths to account for that.
