Add client-options to integration tests

#578 shows that we should increase coverage of our integration test suite. At the moment we test without any custom track parameters but we should probably add support for at least HTTP compression and SSL.

@karthikayan4u Apologies for the long delay in getting back to you. If you're still interested, adding an integration test that uses the http_compress client option would be great. It's documented as an example client option.

In terms of implementation, this would be a good reference point. I don't think it's necessary to test all tracks with the option added, however. Even just one would be an improvement.
