I noticed that the headers were not updated and that running that command on my system produced a sorted output, so I updated that and will merge when CI passes. |

The list in the docs was a bit outdated - e.g. tsdb track was not there.
I've installed the latest esrally version (2.6.0), executed
esrally list tracksand copy pasted the output the the docs to make it up to date.
