Support for 25.04 ends in 1 week and 4 days (17 Jan 2026), so we should start building packages for 25.10 instead.

This looks great! Thanks for your contribution.

Could you quickly add an entry to the upgrade notes, similar to this older one for 24.10 so sysadmins are aware?

And of course revert 33889d2 now that it's shown to have worked.
