Can stacktrace/no-stacktrace build workflows be consolidated? #65

I am wondering if there might be a way to add another dimension or set of configurations to the build matrix.
It would be adding -nost/-st to existing and new configurations such that with the applicable builds there could be fewer workflows.
Right now there are quite a few and it feels excessive.
It might be necessary to keep the number of workflows either because of implementation constraints or to maintain simplicity and maintainability, but I hope this issue can answer that question and provide an implementation of GH Actions Workflows that reduces the number of workflows, even though the number of runs/builds will be the same.
