More verbose actions log #2963

Description

@emanuele45

In the moderation log there is an info missing.
It reads for example:

"Removed topic "Deleted - ID:x" from "y"

This log entry should mention the NAME of the topic that you just deleted. Everything else is useless.

Original report at https://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=555148.0

This to me looks a perfectly reasonable request: show the topic ID of a deleted topic has the same usefulness as to show "a topic has been removed".

That said, there are few things to consider:

  1. the logging of actions should log the subject (actually, the logging should log any relevant info rather than hope it's still in the messages table IMHO),
  2. to have a better picture it may be necessary to log subject edits too (i.e. a moderator could change the subject before delete the topic making the logged message useless),
  3. ... I was sure there was a 3, but I don't remember it right now.
