Unit tests cannot execute from installation directory

The unit test cannot be run from the installation directory.

The default installation directory is C:\Program Files\ShellAnything 0.5.0 and users must to have administrator privilege to be able to create files and directories under this directory.

Unit tests should be modified to create the required temporary files and directories in a directory where the user have full access.

Looking at the installer created by NSIS (setup.exe), the shortcut that points to $INSTDIR\bin\shellanything_unittest.exe has the property Start in set to C:\Program Files\ShellAnything 0.6.0 which is incorrect. It should be set to C:\Program Files\ShellAnything 0.6.0\bin which is the location of the executable. The issue is not reproducible with the MSI installer. I suspect that either NSIS version v3.0a1 or CMake version 3.10.0 has an issue with creating shortcuts to executable that are not located in the installation root directory.

To get around this problem, CPACK_NSIS_CREATE_ICONS_EXTRA and CPACK_NSIS_DELETE_ICONS_EXTRA variables should be used to create custom NSIS calls to CreateShortCut function.
