INSTALL.md at line 3 mentions that application "does not provides pre-build binaries" which is incorrect.

The documentation should be updated to mention the following:

• Pre-builds binaries are available in the github project releases page.
• Latest/Nightly builds are available on appveyor in the ShellAnything project page.
