This commit does not introduce any functional changes.
Before re-writing the partition table, look for deployment ID data after the last partition + GPT. This data then gets written to a file at /run/eos-metrics/deployment-id.txt, for consumption by a separate service, eos-metrics-deployment-id-setup.service, after /sysroot is mounted. This adds a new dependency on dd to the eos-repartition dracut module. https://phabricator.endlessm.com/T30721
This module contains a initrd service that reads a deployment ID from /run/eos-metrics/deployment-id.txt, if present, and append it to the eos-image-version xattr in /sysroot. https://phabricator.endlessm.com/T30721

If deployment ID data is set in the first sector after the GPT, before the repartitioning process during first boot, extract this information and save it for metrics consumption by appending it to the eos-image-version extended file attribute on /sysroot.
