Kolibri content preinstallation

Include http://github.com/endlessm/eos-kolibri in the OS so that the image builder can preload Kolibri Flatpak content & set up desktop icons for this.

@starnight , is any more work needed for this, or was it already completed when you did #68 ?

#68 is part of the work. If eos-image-builder integrates smoothly, then the PAYG images (in milestone 2) can pre-loaded the Kolibri content correctly.

I think this is good to be verified after PAYG images are built.
