Removing Codecov

Hi, Tom from Codecov here. I noticed that you removed Codecov [here](https://github.com/entropy-lab/entropy-qpu/commit/d38a3387e4a3c2258644362e603dd97cbc223dc4#diff-4b2c79edd07bdda08774ffffe0ac529889c0f88cd5380f4345fed00fce77822bL32) and was just wondering if there was anything that wasn't working from our side.
