As it leads to bugs on windows, due to windows picking up the elm.js file instead of the elm executable. This is very confusing, especially if your just learning a language.

I've decided to name it
maininstead, but if you have an idea for a better name, please let me know.The problem itself has come up some times over the last time, but this is the only reference I can find now:
