should be boolean, not uint64_t
MSVC complains about it during compilation with error include\rocksdb\advanced_options.h(77): warning C4800: 'uint64_t': forcing value to bool 'true' or 'false' (performance warning)

@sagar0 : Sorry, I did not scan the other pull requests before I opened mine.
So sorry for the merge conflict, but at least it should be easy to resolve as my change is just a few bytes long.
