codegraph (codegraph_light) which does not use ocamlgtk, ocamlcairo.
option --novisual, neglected gui options reuquiring ocamlgtk, cairo etc., using macro statements.

For systems where ocamlgtk and cairo are not supported codegraph is not installed. However, only a subset of functionalities of codegraph requires these libraries. Useful functionalities like build, build_stdlib etc., do not require them.
This pull request aims to bridge that - compiles a lightweight, no-frills codegraph.
