When setting logging's level to INFO, because the uvicorn logger's handlers list is not empty and propagation is True and its parent logger <RootLogger root (INFO)> whose handlers list is not empty also at the same time, so there will be duplicated logging info printed on the screen after executing uvicorn.run, like this:
