Remove the line length limit

Even though the original specification defines a maximum line length, most implementations allow unlimited (or very long) line lengths. Having a short line length limit of 560 bytes limits compatibility with existing lp files, and is very confusing to users, especially without a clear error message.

Removing the maximum line length altogether would require a significant rewrite of the file reader, since it's based around buffering and interpreting the file line by line. This is not something I will do in my free time, but feel free to create a pull request!

Pushing the maximum line length to an arbitrary (large) number will break as soon as someone writes a 10k variable model in a single line, so at some point people need to start writing standard-conforming files.

I could add the option of passing a custom maximum line length to the reader, if you're using a clone of this repository in your code. Otherwise I suggest editing the 560 bytes limit to a different magic number of your choice in your copy of this code.

Clearer error messages with the specific type of .lp standard-violation is something I might add in the future.
