How to get the predictions?

My current status :

1. I am able to run the code - user_based.py
2. I can see the results of the Iterations printing
3. I can see RMSE is decreasing in every Iterations

My Problem :

1. After execution, what exactly is my output?
2. How can I actually predict ratings for User

Please note that, I am new to RBM & Collaborative filtering...will be very helpful if you guide me with the above questions...If I may seem lost in that case will be helpful If you point out my misundrstandings
