- Refactor the TestStreamResponseHandler class in test_stream_handler.py to improve the handling of the StreamResponseHandler. - Create a mock stream object and simulate the content of each chunk. - Update the process_stream method to process all chunks and add them to the response_parts list. - Update the get_full_response method to return the full response string.
