[RFE] Follow HomeAssistant location updates

Hi,

I travel the country in a motorcoach and use HomeAssistant to run my RV. Since we change location often, I have automated the HomeAssistant location changes. It would be great to have the NWS Alerts automatically update based on this location change.

Alternatively, maybe it would be possible to use a device_tracker entity and adjust the NWS alerts to match this location?

I'm very open to any thoughts or suggestions if this is already possible in some way I've not thought of.
