Addition of Tranches to debtEconomics

Background

Following the restructure of Secured Debt in CDM for Eligible Collateral and discussions with the CDM Collateral working group. There is an additional array required for features of a Tranche to be identified such as the following criteria:
Tranche number
Seniority
Payment/Economics
Time To Maturity

Proposal

Proposal
-Creation of a new type called DebtTranche
-3 attributes
-Tranche number to identify the tranche (type int)
-Seniority attribute to define the seniority (junior, mezzanine, senior)
-Payment defines the payment details (interest only, principal only etc.)
-Time to maturity
