Error 406 on first visit #5312

PHP 8.3.30 FPM/FastCGI
PHP memory size 256M
Server Apache
When I go to my webtrees domainname Google Chrome (and others) immediately displays http error 406.
If I refresh with the refresh button on the page, the same error appears.
If I refresh with F5, I will see the requested page without problems.
After that point no errors occur. But when I close Chrome and retry the error situation returns.
On the same server (my own company server) more websites are hosted without problems.
I do not use mod_security, mod_evasive or basedir and checked everything else.
Already removed the whole installation including database, and started from scratch, and imported the GEDCOM again.
Can this be a bug in webtrees?
