Improve enabled scripts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

• There is no way to enable module in enabled script. enabled scripts are run for enabled modules only.
• No way to add errors and warnings to logs.

Describe the solution you'd like to see

Enabled script should behave more like a usual hooks and all scripts should run anyway.
Also, supporting Go for enabled scripts will be great.
