1. Go to branch hw-changes.
2. Change the last commit message to Link license in README.
3. Create a docs directory in the repo.
4. Move the README to the docs directory and track this change in Git using only CLI.
5. Commit the change.
6. Revert this commit and instead of moving the README, add CONTRIBUTING.md to the docs directory with a brief description. Link this file in the root README.
7. Commit the change.
