Changing color menu position

It would be great to be able to move the colors menu to the left or bottom, i use a portion of my monitor and cant reach the top menu easily and i would love to be able to switch the position of the left and top bars.

I suggest more generic solution.

I use Rnote on my laptop in tablet mode. My left hand has good access to vertical toolbar on the left. I often find myself reaching for the bottom toolbar, to use eraser. It would be way more convient to use vertical toolbar for that.

Summary, add option to set position of each toolbar on the screen (top, bottom, left, right).
