feat!: remove cloneJson

breaking because removes the exported cloneJson function. Other PRs switch from this to the native structuredClone to be able to consume this

while we're making breaking changes, also

1. remove lodash, etc (similar to feat: esm and cjs #280)
2. remove unused methods on env
3. with some small changes to refactor: use native structured-clone sfdx-core#1011 we can remove other methods
4. do top-level exports of kit's greatest hits to consumers don't need to always import the whole barrel
