Description
When filling out a Call for Proposals (CfP) submission, progressing through the form works normally until reaching the “Profile” section.
Clicking the “Back” button at the bottom of the page results in a full reset of the proposal form.
All previously entered data is lost, including:
- Proposal notes
- Proposal title
- Uploaded image
- Any other form fields completed earlier
This forces users to restart their submission from scratch.
Expected Behavior
- Clicking “Back” should take the user to the previous section without erasing any entered proposal data.
- All proposal fields should remain populated until submission or explicit user reset.
Current Behavior
- Clicking “Back” clears the entire proposal form, removing all user input.
Tasks
- Preserve form state when navigating between CfP sections.
- Ensure the “Back” button performs page navigation only, not a full form reset.
- Verify that proposal data persists even if the user moves forward and backward through sections.
- Test with text fields, image uploads, and multi-step navigation.
