It looks like the mdn/data package is being deprecated—should this project file a message with them to be forwards-compatible?

I played around with webref recently, and I don't see how it could be a replacement. It's missing a lot of information mdn/data had, mostly about description/usage.

Descriptions are scraped from the MDN website.

The syntaxes in w3c/webref is probably more accurate than mdn/data which is most important. But the MDN link and the description from MDN is more educational than W3C, which I believe is more technical. Perhaps we could use both packages.

1. Properties from w3c/webref
2. Syntaxes from w3c/webref
3. Try to find property from mdn/data and utilize MDN link and scrape description from there
4. Fallback to W3C link and scrape description from there instead
5. Generate JSDoc with MDN link, W3C link, description from MDN or W3C and compatibility table from MDN

Also add info about inheritance and initial values that I personally find usefull.

I tried to migrate to @webref/css in #208 and it looks promising. But it's missing several CSS types to be able to fully migrate. See w3c/webref#1737.
