Add a class to merge model instances

Add a class ModelMerger to merge two model instances. One instance is the main model and the other the referenced model. All referenced entities shall be cloned into the main model. All entities shall have unique ids in the main model. However, the entities shall retain the id from the referenced model for error handling etc. 

Validate model according to main-component / sub-component rules.
