Dark theme by default

First thanks for this project, help me a lot.
Because the VBE7.dll is always replace by a new one at each windows or office update, it would be great to load the dark theme as the default theme. It would remove a step!!

Another vote for this...Every time I receive Office updates I lose my colour settings. I assume this is because the updates overwrite the VBE7.DLL and is probably both necessary and beyond the control of VBEThemeColorEditor. But updates are applied very frequently, so reapplying the colours every time is annoying. Can you suggest a way of easing this pain?

I think, the best way would be a config file with the path of the VBE7.dll for my installation. Second, the dark theme as default. And to finish it perfectly would be great to be able to automate that by just start it when windows start and apply it automatically!! Thanks
