- Replace /account navigation with popover dropdown on avatar click
- Logged-in: centered avatar, email, member-since, plan card, logout
- Logged-out: welcome prompt with login/register button
- Popover style matches theme-menu-popup (border, shadow, dark mode)
- New: UserPopover component, LogOutIcon, ExternalLinkIcon
