What would you like to be added:

Add support for 3-node KIND clusters for e2e testing, to test pod placement scenarios like:

• multi-node etcd clusters scheduled on multiple k8s nodes/zones
• TestScaleOutWithExternalTSCInjection - tests scale out of an Etcd cluster from 1 -> 3 replicas with external injection of Topology Spread Constraints into the pods
