What would you like to be added:
We should upgrade the golang version to a more later one to keep up with security patches, performance improvements, and dependency compatibilities

Changes have to made to the following repos

• machine-controller-manager
• machine-controller-manager-provider-aws
• machine-controller-manager-provider-gcp
• machine-controller-manager-provider-azure
• machine-controller-manager-provider-alicloud
• machine-controller-manager-provider-openstack
