not sure how many aesthetes are out there, but in FF v.57 this extensions context menu icon seem a little bit out of place.

@alekksander, yes, remembering the position and size is possible.

@gcp, I'll try to code this until the weekend. For now, I've enhanced and fixed the manifest with #17.
