Cant import nor export textures

Hello ive wanted to use ohana3ds for making custom textures, but ive run into some problems. I could not export nor import models when i try to do so there is an error. I have .netframework and directx(all fully updated versions) ive also tried different builds but the sae error shows up. Ive tried to fix it with other solutions but the wont work. please respond asap
