I got a new GPU for my home computer and was shocked to see it had compute capability 12! NVIDIA has gone insane with the things (https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-gpus). The proper solution is described in #721 but, for now, this at least adds the right
maxBlocksPerSMfor the new architectures
