Command search for apps should be case insensitive

If you create an app named Alby you won't be able to find it by typing alby in the command search.

if i understand you correctly @reneaaron,
the issue can be reproduced by pressing Command / Ctrl + K to search for an app.

current behavior: if you create an app called Alby, searching for alby will still return the same app, meaning the search is case-insensitive.

expected behavior / solution: searching for Alby should not return alby (and vice versa). the search should be case-sensitive.

without applying any fix, if i simply clone the current repo and run it locally, the issue doesn’t appear, search works case-insensitively.

that makes me wonder if the problem is related to the deployed version of the Hub, or possibly something on the backend side of the Hub rather than the code in this repo.

Agreed with @Dunsin-cyber, doesn't seems like there's an issue with case sensitivity here in the latest master branch.

I think it's an inconsistency between postgres and sqlite on how LIKE works regarding case sensitivity. I also have the issue with my hub (Postgres).
