[Enhancement] fork fuzzamoto to use floresta rather than Core

Describe the enhancement

In a private conversation with a fuzzamoto dev, he told me it should be trivial to fork fuzzamoto to use floresta rather than core. If it's easy to maintain on our end (no rebase hell), we should use it to fuzz our p2p and RPC
