Ability to use manual sorting of tags in sidebar (vs default automatic alphabetical sorting mode)

This would allow tags to be sorted according to the user's requirements, instead of alphabetically.

The easiest way I can see this being implemented is an integer option called "List Order" in the task editor that would determine the position in the task list.

List order 1 comes before list order 2 and so on,
Tags with the same list order would be sorted alphabetically.

All tags would be initialized with the list order of 0 by default.

Ah, I read a bit too quickly!

Well, while I can see the appeal of the manual tasks ordering (many, many people request it), I'm not so convinced regarding manual sorting of tags. I think it creates a lot of unnecessary work (and usually I find hierarchical tags to be enough to tackle most organization needs); and what if I use manual sorting, then change my mind and want to revert to alphabetic sorting? Then you somehow need a UI for that. Even more mind-boggling: what if I try to use a hybrid of auto alphabetic sorting and manual sorting? This starts sounding complicated as well...

For now until there's more demand for it and someone willing to make a patch and the associated UI designs, I'm tentatively marking this as a "needs a patch" wishlist issue.
