Hardcoded IP address/TCP port/UDP port

The current (naive) implementation accepts IP, UDP port, and TCP port as argument, but then does not include them in the generated C/C++ files.

The timeline for the issue is the following:

• Implement a custom #define IP_ADDR_COMM and #define PORT_COMM to be set by the BSP.
