Org-data options

Make it easy for users to use whatever organization structure information they have available to use this action. This means expanding format options to work with things like workday or helping folks convert/populate to the org-data.json format.

I will need some help from folks with the ability to connect to data in places like workday and similar systems for testing and formating.
