What the title says. Another PR in the long grand tradition of just looking at what tailwind-merge does.
To anyone reading this, I'd probably consider this in beta status. Feel free to pin to this branch in your Gemfile. The test suite and logic has all been fully ported over, I just need to redo the documentation and look over the diff one more time.
