Branch deleted when squashing a PR even without Delete Branch checked #36410

Description
When I open a PR on a branch, squash it and choose not to delete the branch afterwards, the branch still get deleted .
I'll try to reproduce it on the demo instance tomorrow but I don't have the time today as it is taking a bit of time to load the demo instance
