Force-push messes up PR commit history

Description

1. Create PR with 2 commits on the branch
2. Rebase and squash into 1 commit and force-push the branch

Expected: 1 commit in the PR timeline
Actual: 3 commits in the PR timeline

So that we should delete all old commit comments once there is a force push.

Yes exactly, commits that no longer exist on the branch need to be deleted. I've edited to clarify.

(The CI icon issue is btw not so important, I've removed it)
