Description
What happened?
Korean (CJK) input failure and lack of multiline support on Windows.
- Korean Input Issue: When typing in Korean (using Microsoft IME), characters are not rendered correctly and often appear as empty spaces. English input works normally. I
currently have to use an external editor (Notepad) to write Korean and then copy-paste it into the CLI. - Multiline Issue: Standard shortcuts like Shift + Enter for new lines do not work in the Windows Terminal environment. Pressing Enter (or Shift+Enter) immediately sends the
message, making it impossible to format longer queries.
What did you expect to happen?
- Direct CJK Input: Korean characters should be typed and displayed correctly without corruption or turning into whitespaces.
- Multiline Support: There should be a way to enter a new line (e.g., Shift + Enter) within the prompt without immediately sending the message, allowing for better
formatting.
