Running SSH the text is scrambled

What happened?

User feedback - I am on a Windows laptop running SSH through to my gLinux cloudtop. When I launch Gemini CLI after running SSH the text is scrambled and the whole thing becomes unusable. Is this a know issue? Non-technical person here so apologies if I'm missing something basic..
